Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Organizing Committee warmly invites you to participate in "Clean and
Available Energy", the 15th Conference of Energy Engineering to be held
June 4 to 5, 2009 Baile Felix (near Oradea), Romania.The 15h Conference of
Energy Engineering, will be organized by:

The scientific/technical presentations and discussions will cover the very
last challenges of the following themes:
- System reability and power service quality of power engineering utilities.
- Renewable sources of energy. Sustainable power technologies
- Electric power systems analyze. Performant power engineering systems.
- Energy market. Management of the power systems
Many of themes are highly interdisciplinary to encourage dialogue between
researchers and industry experts, in diverse fields, connected to
production, transmission and distribution of power.
The official languages of the conference will be Romanian and English.
The abstracts and full papers will be written in English and the
submissions will be only via e-mail.
The abstract submission process is now open: energy_cie@yahoo.com
The abstract must be written in English, on a single A4 page, containing:
title of paper, full name and addresses of the authors (including e—mail
for the contact author), abstract, 5 keywords, bibliography. Deadline for
abstract submission is 1 March. The participants could also make the

Dnul Andronescu Florin, Presedintele Filialei SIER "Electrica Alba" a initiat si este direct responsabil cu:
ALEA - Agentia Locala a Energiei Alba
ALEA este o organizatie neguvernamentala înfiintata cu scopul de a contribui la dezvoltarea durabila a judetului Alba prin îmbunatatirea situatiei actuale în domeniul eficientei energetice, a managementului energetic si a promovarii energiei din surse regenerabile.
ALEA a fost înfiintata în 2008 prin proiectul EIE/TYPE2/07/211 aplicat de un consortiu format din 3 autoritati locale:
- Consiliul general al departamentului La Manche - Franta
- Consiliul Judetean al judetului Alba - România
si
- Municipalitatea Ios - Grecia,
în cadrul programului "Inteligent Energy - Europe (IEE)" al Comisiei Europene.
ALEA a fost lansata oficial în data de 16 aprilie 2008, la sediul Consiliului Judetean Alba.
